RADIANT WARRANTY
Radiant issues a 30 day warranty on all merchandise which covers manufacturer’s defects. The warranty does not cover defects caused by customer abuse, negligence or mishandling. Merchandise is subject to inspection by Radiant for repair or replacement and must be accompanied by the original invoice. Shipping costs to Radiant will be borne by the customer.
RETURN POLICY
Radiant must be notified of any returns within seven days of customer receipt of merchandise. Returns of solar lights and all other merchandise must be authorized by a Radiant representative. No merchandise will be returned without a Return/Exchange form. Shipping costs of all products Radiant will be borne by the customer.
SHIPPING TERMS
Radiant provides quick delivery and complete satisfaction with your every order. Radiant ships all items through United Parcel Service. The standard shipping delivery time varies by geographic location, and all shipping calculations are based on weight and region. Shipments will be shipped out within 48 hours of purchase, unless previously notified a tracking number will be provided via email. The preferred carrier for international shipments is UPS and extra charges do apply. Please contact Radiant to see if shipping is available to your international location.
